Al-Baqara (2:53)
وَإِذۡ ءَاتَیۡنَا مُوسَى ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ وَٱلۡفُرۡقَانَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَهۡتَدُونَ
And when We gave unto Moses the Scripture and the criterion (of right and wrong), that ye might be led aright.
