36:8
إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَا فِیۤ أَعۡنَـٰقِهِمۡ أَغۡلَـٰلࣰا فَهِیَ إِلَى ٱلۡأَذۡقَانِ فَهُم مُّقۡمَحُونَ
Lo! We have put on their necks carcans reaching unto the chins, so that they are made stiff-necked.
