Az-Zukhruf (43:84)
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِی فِی ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ إِلَـٰهࣱ وَفِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِلَـٰهࣱۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِیمُ ٱلۡعَلِیمُ
And He it is Who in the heaven is Allah, and in the earth Allah. He is the Wise, the Knower.
