Az-Zumar (39:62)
ٱللَّهُ خَـٰلِقُ كُلِّ شَیۡءࣲۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَیۡءࣲ وَكِیلࣱ
Allah is Creator of all things, and He is Guardian over all things.
